Philip Obeng, a 12 year old was enrolled at the Cape Coast School for the Deaf & Blind by ANOPA Project through the support of RYTHM Foundation. Few months after his enrollment, the Project Coordinator of ANOPA Project paid a courtesy visit to him last weekend. According to the Coordinator Philip is picking up so quickly with the sign language. He didn’t know how to sign any word before but now he was able to have a basic conversation with Philip and that’s so impressive. Thanks to ANOPA Project & RYTHM Foundation for giving such opportunity to the differently-Abled children 🙌🏼
