Our ANOPA Swim-Team is in the middle of its preparation for their first competition in Takoradi on the 9th of August. Kids and coaches are highly motivated!
Our 10 best swimmers are now training 3 times a week to polish their swimming skills. The swimmers are coached with a focus on freestyle and breaststroke to get them in shape for their first ever competition. The ANOPA TakoradiGames will only be a preparation event for the Swim-Team. The main aim of their hard training is to compete against swimmers in Accra in late August 2014. Full gallery here
