Many personal and even school records broken at the 2013 Athletics Interschool Tournament of Ghana National CollegeThe 2013 Athletics Interschool Tournament of ANOPA’s partner school Ghana National College has successfully been completed with the support of ANOPA. On the 2nd and 3rd of December around 360 athletes from twelve houses gave their best to win either the big overall trophy for the best house or individual titles like the award for the best male long-distance runner, best female triple jumper or the athlete with the most future potential. The big crowd pushed the athletes to new personal records and to even break school records from more than 20 years ago. Refreshments and iced kenkey helped refuel everyone after a tough day of competing in hot and humid conditions. Congratulations to all athletes who participated!
