We were happy to welcome Lincoln Community School from Accra at Capital Hill Hotel last saturday, 3rd October 2015, for a friendly swimming competition and a fun relay. Lincoln organized a swimming clinic where their swimmers taught our Anopaphins tricks to improve their swimming styles. According to rotationary work in small groups the tutors were able to work efficiently and recognize progress fast. Afterwards Lincoln Community School, Adisadel College, Mfantsipim School and some of the Anopaphins competed in various swimming techniques. To conclude the day we mixed all three teams and did a fun relay with floating tires. Everyone enjoyed the day and we hope to see our friends from Lincoln Community School again soon!
