The workshop brought together various people from different spectrum of the international community, non-governmental organizations, Ghana education service, and the social welfare department among other institutions with the aim to strengthen the local networking and contribute to a better understanding within an international work context (between local players an international volunteers).
The three dayslong workshop organized by ANOPA Project showed the participant the importance of cultural exchange in all its facets and communication matters to strengthen the teamwork within the local network in the Cape Coast region. The high number of participants, who actively contributed in various ways, used the workshop also to build up a local network as a proof of the significance of an intercultural workshop.
